HOW DOES SONIA GANDHI'S SON IN LAW BECOME A BILLIONAIRE? : AFTER STASHING THOUSANDS OF CRORES OF RUPIES (HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF US DOLLARS) IN FOREIGN BANKS SONIA-RAHUL COMPANY HELP CREATE ILLEGAL WEALTH FOR PRIYANKA AND HER HUSBAND ROBERT VADRA SONIA GANDHI'S SON-IN-LAW
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday urged President Pranab Mukherjee to direct the CVC and CBI for an immediate probe into the six new companies floated by Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra.
In a letter to Mukherjee, Swamy alleged that the six new companies formed by Vadra were involved in the dubious transfer of 23 acres ofprime land near the Rashtrapati Bhavan to real estate major DLF.
Swamy alleged that the six companies floated by Vadra in mid-2012 were during the same time the Urban Development Ministrydubiously allotted the prime land nearRashtrapati Bhavan to a DLF Group company. Providing documents with his complaint to Mukherjee, Swamy said one Amit Mehta is the Promoter and Director of all the new companies of Vadra and his email id given to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) was the same id used by the corporate directors of the DLF Group.
“This is in continuation of my earlier letter of the scam arising from de-classification of the Keventer Diary Ltd land for residential use to the benefit of a real estate company called DLF. It was obvious that without political influence this change in land use breaching national security and providing windfall profits would not have been possible.
“I have appended documents, which show that companies owned by son-in-law of Ms Sonia Gandhi, viz Robert Vadra, the DLF executive Mr Amit Mehta was Director. Form 32 copy of RoC proves this by Mr Mehta’s email address. Please take necessary steps including referring this letter to the Chief Vigilance Commissioner for probe and subsequent CBI investigation,” said Swamy in his letter to the President of India.
During June-August 2012, Vadra floated six companies with him as the Managing Director at the same address -- 268, Sukhdev Vihar, Delhi - 110025. These companies are: Lifeline Agrotech Private Limited, Greenwave Agro Private Limited, Rightline Agriculture Private Limited, Future Infra Agro Private Limited, Best Seasons Agro Private Limited and Prime Time Agro Private Limited.
Later, releasing the letter and documents to media, Swamy said these companies were floated during the same period when the UPA Government allotted the strategic prime land near the Rashtrapati Bhavan at a pittance to Vadra’s partner DLF in July 2012. “Amit Mehta is a Promoter and Director of all these companies according to Form 32 filed to Registrar of Companies by Vadra.
His email id given is corporateaffairs @ dlf.in. This is the same email id given by DLF Group to otherDirectors of their other companies. How come DLF’s email id is in Vadra’s companies? A thief will makemistakes during the loot by putting his stamp accidently,” said Swamy.
“President should direct CVC to launch an immediate CBI probe. Vadra floated these companies to pocket the quid-pro-quo from the dubious allotment of 23 acre prime land near Rashtrapati Bhavan to DLF. His six new companies were floated during the same time with a DLF executive when the Centre allotted Rs 20,000 crore worth land to DLF for just Rs 65 core. This is the last attempt of loot of the family in the fag end of UPA’s tenure,” said Swamy.
Subramanian Swamy is indefatigable warrior. Appreciate his persistence to dig out more on the Sonia's family's loot. Vadra made blunder by giving DLF email id to his partner..this is how thieves are caught in the end. Kudos to Pioneer for publishing such strong reports against the might corrupt Sonia family. Why TV channels are silent on Swamy's expose? What about BJP's motor mouths...why they keep silence? fear on talking against Sonia Gandhi's family or in DLF pay roll or Advocates representing DLF in courts? Only Narendra Modi and Subramanian Swamy have courage to take-on the corrupt looting family of India.

Swamy hands over records on Vadra link in land deal

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy has written to President Pranab Mukherjee seeking a CBI investigation into the declassification of Keventer Dairy Ltd. land near Rashtrapati Bhavan for building apartments, allegedly benefiting the real estate company DLF. He has appended documents which show that in at least one company (Greenwave Agro Private Ltd.) owned by Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law, Robert Vadra, DLF executive Amit Mehta was the director.
“It was obvious that without political influence, this change in land use breaching national security and providing windfall profits would not have been possible,” Dr. Swamy said. In March, the BJP leader wrote to the President, seeking an investigation into the alleged compromise on his security because of the proposed construction of high-end apartments. The CBI said there was no evidence of irregularity in the conversion of the land.
The issue came up following an allegation that DLF was keen to add four more storeys to the permitted four.
Dr. Swamy earlier alleged that the 22-acre site was sold off to DLF by Keventers for much less than the market rate.
“The land was made available by the holders Keventers Company to a private company owned by DLF at a price of Rs. 65 crore after prolonged litigation. However, the value of the land in 2012 when the permission was granted for the conversion should be worth more than Rs. 10,000 crore,” Dr. Swamy alleged in his first letter.
While the Delhi Police in 2012 filed a report stating that construction of eight floors had the potential to pose asecurity threat, the Intelligence Bureau and the President’s security said the building could not be allowed to come up as it would lead to “‘visual intrusion” into the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has written to President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday demanding a CBI and vigilance probe into the ‘murky land deals’ of Robert Vadra and DLF, including a piece of property at Chankyapuri, which is close to the Rashtrapati Bhawan.‘This is in continuation to my letter on the scam arising from declassification of the Keventer Dairy lands for residential use to benefit real estate company DLF. It was obvious that without political influence this change in land use breachi
Swamy alleged that Vadra is also involved in illegal money parking by floating several companies like Sky Light Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, Blue Breeze Trading Pvt. Ltd., Sky Light Realty Pvt. Ltd, Real Earth Estates and North India IT Parks Pvt. Ltd. Vadra have not yet filed any balance sheet of annual accounts of these companies after 31 March, 2011, he added. He claimed in these companies, his mother Moureen Vadra and his wife Priyanka (in Blue Breeze Trading Private Limited), are also directors.
‘When they sensed danger, she (Priyanka) resigned by manipulating and making pre-dated documents. Priyanka was also a director in another company called Backops Services Limited, which was promoted by Rahul Gandhi. Now, both Rahul and Priyanka have exited and closed down the company,’ he said While alleging that Priyanka has erased almost all records from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Swamy said, ‘It is interesting to note that there are three Director Identification Numbers (DIN)— 01038703, 01840144 and 02914391 allotted to Priyanka, which is a gross violation of Company Act as well as Income Tax Act.’
He also claimed that Vadra’s mother Moureen also has two DIN (01840680 and 01839769). ‘It was found that Vadra invented another circuitous route by floating another set of six companies to handle the massive quid pro quo with DLF. These companies include Lifeline Agrotech Pvt. Ltd, Greenwave Agro Pvt. Ltd., Rightline Agriculture Pvt. Ltd, Future Infra Agro Pvt. Ltd., Best Seasons Agro Pvt. Ltd and Prime Time Agro Pvt. Ltd, were floated in 2012. In most, DLF executive Amit Mehta is director,’ the BJP leader said.
A humble email id, firstname.lastname@example.org, has nailed a direct connectionbetween Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra and the real estate giant, DLF. This is the common email id furnished by all DLF Group Directors to the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
In this case, it has been given by one Amit Mehta, an executive of the DLF, in his capacity as non-executive director (Director Identification Number 03105957) of Greenwave Agro Private Limited, a new company of which Robert Vadra (DIN no. 01840634) is the Managing Director and Promoter. His email id email@example.com
This information may clear the mystery behind the Union Ministry of Urban Development permitting change in land use of a prime 23 acre property with a market worth of over Rs 20,000 crore, from dairy farm to permitting the DLF Group to build a four-storey residential complex in the vicinity of Rashtrapati Bhavan. The DLF reportedly purchased the plot at a throwaway price of Rs 65 crore and got the permission to build on the same despite stiff opposition from the Intelligence Bureau, the Union Home Ministry, and Rashtrapati Bhawan. The IB said the building would obstruct the flight path of the proposed helipad on the President’s Estate. The President’s staff also objected that it could make the First Citizen or his VIP guests vulnerable to a sniper attack.
As these objections were brushed aside, it was widely felt this was on account of the group’s proximity with Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra.
Greenwave Agro Private Limited is one of six new companies registered by Robert Vadra between June and August 2012, in his capacity as Managing Director. The five others are Lifeline Agrotech Private Limited; Rightline Agriculture Private Limited; Future Infra Agro Private Limited; Best Seasons Agro Private Limited; and Primetime Agro Private Limited.
Six previous companies registered by Robert Vadra, as Director, include SkyLight Hospitality Private Limited; Blue Breeze Trading Private Limited; Sky Light Realty Private Limited; Real Earth Estates Private Limited; North India IT Parks Private Limited; and Lambodar Art Enterprises India Private Limited. All 12 firms have Active status as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Robert Vadra’s mother, Maureen Vadra, is listed as a Director in six of his companies, and as Additional Director in two. Amit Mehta is listed as a Director in seven companies, which include five of Robert Vadra, viz., Greenwave Agro Private Limited; Rightline Agriculture Private Limited; Future Infra Agro Private Limited; Best Seasons Agro Private Limited; and Primetime Agro Private Limited. His status is Active (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India).
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is listed as a Director, with Active status, in her husband’scompany Blue Breeze Trading Private Limited, incorporated in November 2007. However, she is said to have resigned as per information with the RoC.
Since Robert Vadra’s new firms were incorporated around the time of the scam involving de-classification of the Keventer Dairy Ltd lands for residential use in the vicinity of Rashtrapati Bhavan, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has urged President Pranab Mukherjee to call for a probe by the Central Vigilance Commission into the affair.
The change in land use was not possible without political influence as it breached national security and gave windfall profits to the realty major. Sources point out that Robert Vadra has been engaged in hectic and often dubious land transactions, and that since March 2011, at least five of his companies have engaged in money transfers and huge investments with the DLF Group, which companies were floated in 2007-08 period, as reported in the media. In the six companies registered by him in this period, his mother Maureen Vadra is also Director. His wife Priyanka Gandhi was a Director in Blue Breeze Trading Private Limited but is said to have resigned on sensing a problem; she was also a Director in Backops Services Ltd, a company promoted by Rahul Gandhi, which has since been closed. These developments are recorded with the Registrar of Companies Delhi, though the Ministry of Corporate Affairs continues to list her status as Active vis-à-vis Blue Breeze Trading Private Limited.
Astonishingly, Priyanka Vadra has been allotted three DIN numbers – 01038703, 01840144 and 02914391 – which is a violation of the Company Act and the Income Tax Act. Maureen Vadra too has been allotted two DIN numbers – 01840680 and 01839769.
The first six companies headed by Robert Vadra have not filed any balance sheet or annual accounts after March 31, 2011. The reason, according to Subramanian Swamy, is that he stopped after these companies come under public scrutiny in March 2011. As a result, the public only knows of his transactions with DLF up to 2010, which included massive land acquisitions with the DLF Group in Haryana and Rajasthan.
Then, in 2012, Robert Vadra floated another set of six companies to handle operations for the DLF Group (mentioned above), using the same address, viz., 268, Sukhdev Vihar, Delhi – 110025. While his mother Maureen Vadra is the second Director in Lifeline Agrotech Private Limited, the DLF executive Amit Mehta is the Director in the remaining five companies. As Form No 32 of the Registrar of Companies shows, Amit Mehta is clearly a DLF nominee, as inadvertently revealed through his use of the common email id of all DLF Group Directors to the RoC, viz. firstname.lastname@example.org
None of these new companies has so far filed balance sheet or annual accounts with the RoC. After the controversy over the proposed luxury flat complex in the vicinity of Rashtrapati Bhavan became public, the Centre asked for the CBI’s inputs in the matter. But now, with the inadvertent expose of a direct Vadra-DLF commercial nexus, an official enquiry seems to be in order.
